RALFTECH.COM may modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale from time to time. The general conditions of sale applicable are those that are clearly expressed on the site on the date of placing your order.

When placing an order via the RALFTECH.COM website, when you tick the box “I accept” you indicate your full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The acceptance of the customer’s order by RALFTECH.COM is made by sending an order confirmation to the customer. The customer must imperatively check it and if an error or anomaly is detected immediately inform RALFTECH.COM failing which the delivery will be made in accordance with the order confirmation and will be binding on the customer.

PRICES, TAXES AND SHIPPING COSTS

All prices indicated on the website pages are in euros, VAT included, excluding delivery costs and all other taxes.

RALFTECH.COM reserves the right to change prices and delivery charges at any time without notice.

Shipping costs are not indicated but will be added to the product price after you have chosen your delivery options.

Delivery charges and applicable VAT will be displayed on your order page before you are asked to confirm.

In the case of an order to a country other than Metropolitan France, any customs duties and/or local taxes will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that in the event of a change in the applicable VAT rates between the date of placing your order and the date on which shipment will take place, we will contact you to ask you to reconfirm your order.

All orders, whatever be their origin, are exclusively payable in Euros.

The products remain the property of RALFTECH.COM until the full price has been received by RALFTECH.COM

PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AVAILABILITY AND QUANTITY OF PRODUCTS

All orders placed on the RALFTECH.COM website are accepted subject to availability and the consent of RALFTECH.COM.

RALFTECH.COM also reserves the right to modify the assortment of items offered on its site, and may, in particular and punctually, limit the quantity of products that may be ordered by the same Customer during a single order.

Please note that only products with an “Add to Cart” button can be sold through the Website. You can also contact us by phone (phone number indicated on the Website) and a RALFTECH.COM representative will provide you with detailed information regarding product availability and will guide you through your purchase.

Our product offers remain valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stock.

Information on product availability is provided at the time of ordering. In the event of a temporary or permanent unavailability of a product after an order, RALFTECH.COM will indicate, without delay and by any means, a new delivery time upon receipt of the information received from its suppliers. In the event of a failure, RALFTECH.COM reserves the right to cancel all or part of the order(s) already paid for and undertakes in this case to refund by any means to the customer any sums he has already paid.

VISUAL REPRESENTATION OF RALF TECH PRODUCTS

Our company makes every effort to ensure that the virtual representations of the products on the site correspond as closely as possible to our original products, whether in size, color, design, etc.

Nevertheless, distortions or differences may appear between the virtual product and the original product due to the quality of the photos, or technical problems such as the settings of your computer.

Unless otherwise proven, the data recorded by RALFTECH.COM constitutes proof of all transactions between RALFTECH.COM and its customers.

In order to place an order through our Website, you will need to register and create your account online. In order to register, you will need to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, such as your first and last name, full address, telephone number and e-mail address and confirm that you are of legal age.

During the registration of your online account, you are responsible for ensuring the secrecy and security of your password and access to your account at all times. RALFTECH.COM cannot be held responsible for fraudulent use of your account following access by a third party and its use of your password and login ID to your account.

CUSTOMER VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION

After having fully verified your order, please first click on the box next to the mention “I have read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale” to indicate your acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and then on the button “Confirm and pay the order” to send your order.

By confirming an order, you submit to RALFTECH.COM an offer to purchase the products placed in your “Basket”. RALFTECH.COM reserves the right to refuse, cancel, and terminate orders at any time for legitimate reasons. For example, in the event of an ongoing dispute concerning the payment of a previous order or the suspicion of an attempt at fraud or any other kind of violation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

PAYMENT

Payment by credit card

You can pay for your order by credit or debit card, as indicated on our RALFTECH.COM website.

When ordering on our website, you will be asked to provide your payment details on the appropriate form.

All credit card or payment card holders are subject to validation checks and an authorization procedure by the issuer of the said card. If the issuer of your payment card or your bank refuses to authorize payment to RALFTECH.COM, you must contact the latter directly in order to solve the problem, and under no circumstances can RALFTECH.COM be held responsible in the event of delay or non-delivery.

Payment by bank/wire transfer

You can also pay by bank transfer for any order placed on the RALFTECH.COM Website. Don’t forget to mention the reference number of your order on your bank transfer form.

After placing an order and confirming the choice of bank transfer as a payment method, RALFTECH.COM will wait to receive your payment credited to our bank account before processing your order. If the funds are not credited to our bank account within seven (7) business days of placing your order, the order will be cancelled.

RALFTECH.COM will not charge any commission on a payment by bank transfer, but please ensure that we receive the full amount mentioned in the Order Acknowledgement so that we can process your order. Please also note that some financial institutions may charge a commission for using bank transfers.

SECURITY

RALFTECH.COM takes administrative, technical, and physical precautions to protect your personal information from loss, theft or fraudulent use, as well as from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. By placing your order, you will be deemed to have authorized RALFTECH.COM to carry out these checks and, if necessary, to promptly transmit or obtain information you have provided about yourself in order to authenticate your identity, validate your credit card, obtain an initial credit card authorization and authorize a particular purchase transaction.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER RECEIPT

Once you have placed your order you will receive an Order Acknowledgement by e-mail stating the details of your order. This Order Acknowledgement will contain an Order Reference Number assigned by us. Please check carefully and ensure that you have saved the Order Reference Number for any future questions regarding your order.

This Order Acknowledgement does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Following the transmission of the Order Acknowledgement, RALFTECH.COM will carry out the usual security checks and then process your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When the product ordered is shipped via our RALFTECH.COM website and, after performing the security checks, we will send you an Order Confirmation by e-mail. The Order Confirmation constitutes the acceptance of your order by RALFTECH.COM, thus indicating the existence of a legally binding sales contract. We will keep information about all orders in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws. These documents will be available to Customers.

DELIVERY

The Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process on the site.

The delivery time is 7 working days from the receipt of your payment.

This corresponds to an average and usual delay corresponding to the processing and delivery time for Metropolitan France.

The customer has the right to cancel his order if the delivery of the order has not taken place within 7 working days after the delivery date indicated by RALFTECH.COM, unless this delay in delivery is due to a case of force majeure within the meaning of the case law of the French courts.

Within 10 working days of the customer’s cancellation request, we will make a request to our bank to refund the customer. RALFTECH.COM cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. Any possible extension of the delivery date due to a delivery delay will not give rise to damages or cancellation of the buyer’s order.

In addition, before any signature, the customer must indicate on the delivery note anything missing, damaged or non-compliant packages or products.

In case of payment by bank transfer the order will be processed at the time our bank account is credited and therefore the deadlines applicable in this case are those of the delay it takes to credit our bank and can therefore be modified from those mentioned on the day of placing the order.

Possible delivery charges are applicable according to the information indicated on the RALFTECH.COM website. We reserve the right to change the delivery rates at any time, and they will remain invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time your order is placed.

INVOICES

When ordering from our Website, you will have the option of choosing to receive an invoice at your billing address. If you decide not to receive an invoice, you can subsequently and at any time request an invoice by sending an e-mail to contact@ralftech.com, provided you provide us with proof of your identity.

REFUNDS

You are entitled to a retraction within 14 days of receipt of the products to request a refund in the cases referred to below. The retraction period expires after 14 days from the date of receipt, or by a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you, of the goods in your physical possession.

To exercise your right to retract your order, you must inform us by email at the following address : contact@ralftech.com or by mail at HEURE H / RALF TECH, 17 Place du Marché Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris (Tel 0760582212).

You have 14 days from receipt to return the product to us if it is not suitable. In accordance with the law, the product(s) and any shipping costs if they have been invoiced to you will be refunded, however the return costs will remain at your expense.

Returns are to be made at HEURE H / RALF TECH, 17 Place du Marché Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris (Tel 0760582212) in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty cards, etc…) and in perfect condition, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Products or items returned incomplete, damaged, altered, or dirtied by the customer will not be taken back.

Always in accordance with the Law RALFTECH.COM will refund the customer (except for return shipping costs) within thirty days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal.

The refund will be made at the discretion of RALFTECH.COM by crediting your bank account or by bank check sent in the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address.

No cash on delivery will be accepted, for any reason whatsoever.

Any other means of refund (credit card credit) must be requested by the customer and approved in writing by RALFTECH.COM.

We may also refuse the refund pending receipt of the goods or proof from you that you have returned the goods, at the earliest date.

PRODUCT CONFORMITY

We hereby agree to exchange defective products or products that do not correspond to your order.

In this case, please report this in detail in writing and return the product(s) to us. We will proceed to your choice, exchange or refund the product(s).

This request must be made within seven working days of delivery. Any complaint made after this period cannot be accepted by us.

In this case and only in this case the shipping costs if they have been invoiced will be refunded to you on the basis of the invoiced rate and the return costs will be refunded to you on the basis of the proof provided by you.

In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee and in particular that relating to the guarantee against hidden defects.

The provisions of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from your retraction right provided for in the refund clause.

MANUFACTURER'S GUARANTEE

The terms of the RALF TECH International Warranty mentioned below apply to all RALF TECH watches sold and presented for service anywhere in the world.

Your RALF TECH watch is warranted, subject to the exclusions mentioned below, for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase against any operating problem and/or manufacturing defect.

Only the RALF TECH Integrated Service is authorized to provide services under the international warranty.

Any service, intervention or repair on a RALF TECH watch that have not been carried out by the above-mentioned service provider will invalidate the International Warranty.

The presentation to the RALF TECH Integrated Service Center of the warranty card duly completed, dated, signed and stamped by the authorized retailer is essential to benefit from the services of the International Warranty.

We strongly recommend that you always enclose the warranty card with the watch when sending it for repair or service.

Please carefully conserve this document.  

It is expressly excluded from the International Warranty:

–  Loss of water-resistance beyond 24 months from the date of purchase. 

 – Repair requests for a watch for which the guarantee card has not been activated (card not filled in / not completed).

– Defects or malfunctions resulting from accidental shocks, improper or abusive use (shocks, crushing, oxidation, rough handling of crowns, pushers and buckles, etc.) malevolence, alterations due in particular to exposure to strong magnetic fields and/or temperatures not between -5° and +50° Celsius, alterations or loss of watertightness due to the use in a close environment of solvents, chemical products and alcoholic perfumes.

– Watertightness problem and their consequences if water resistance tests have not been carried out every two years. Watertightness problem resulting from thermal shock (very hot shower, very hot bath, Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, etc.).

– Problems related to the movement, its regularity and/or power reserve if the services recommended in the user manual of the model have not been made.

– Defects due to unauthorized handling or repairs and/or repairs carried out outside the RALF TECH Integrated Service Center. 

– Alterations related to the consequences of normal wear and tear and aging of the watch, including scratches to the PVD coating, scratches to the turning bezel insert, the bracelet and/or its barb, scratches to the glass.

–  Watches whose identification marks have been deliberately erased or altered, watches that have been stolen or lost.

–  Loss, theft or damage due to a natural disaster.

– The routine maintenance and cleaning.

– The bracelets, their loops and buckles.

If you send us your watch you are responsible for the transport and we invite you to insure your shipment.

We offer you a twelve (12) month warranty on each intervention performed by an authorized RALF TECH service center. In case of defects covered by the service warranty, we will repair or replace, at our discretion and free of charge, any spare parts and/or correct a defective intervention, identified as such by our customer service department.

This workshop guarantee excludes all damages caused by abusive or inappropriate use, damages caused by wrong manipulations, disassembly or repairs carried out by a third party not approved by RALF TECH (see previous paragraphs).

Are also excluded from this warranty the bracelets, buckles and the consequences of aging of the watch under normal use (see previous paragraphs).

Note: This warranty does not affect any rights that consumers may have under the applicable law in the country of purchase of their RALF TECH watch.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, works, comments, illustrations, images reproduced on the RALFTECH.COM website are reserved under copyright and intellectual property law for the entire world. As such and in accordance with all the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use and subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code are authorized. Any partial or total reproduction of the RALFTECH.COM website is strictly prohibited.

RESPONSIBILITY

All our products or accessories comply with all relevant French legislation. Our responsibility cannot be engaged in any case in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products and accessories are delivered.

It is therefore your responsibility to check with the local and competent authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products and/or accessories you plan to order.

As the photos are provided for illustrative purposes, we recommend that you refer to the description of each product in order to know all its precise characteristics..

We remain at your entire disposal in case of additional requests for any questions or in case of doubt on your part.

In the event of a manifest error between the characteristics of the product and its representation RALFTECH.COM cannot be held liable.

In the case of professional and wholesale purchases RALFTECH.COM shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from this contract, nor for any loss of business, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or damage or costs.

In the case of hypertext links to other sites from our website we will not be responsible for the content of the information provided by these sites after activating these links.

APPLICABLE LAW IN CASE OF DISPUTE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

The original language of this contract is in French language and has been translated into English for your convenience.

In case of dispute only the French courts are competent.

Without any restriction to the formation of a possible recourse before the competent French court, RALFTECH.COM and the customer shall make every effort during a period of 30 days (thirty) to settle by mutual agreement any dispute or disagreement that may arise from the product or be related to the products and accessories, the General Sales Conditions or any violation or infringement related to it.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

RALFTECH.COM will not disclose any information you provide to us to third parties.

This information is confidential. It is only used to process your orders and also to strengthen and personalize the product offer for RALFTECH.COM customers. (Newsletters, site customization in relation to your interests).
